• Device Data: Device model, operating system version, unique device identifiers (including Advertising ID), network carrier, signal strength.
• Approximate Location: Derived from IP address for media server routing. We do not collect precise GPS location in the background without explicit permission.
• Permissions: Camera and microphone are accessed only during active calls. Photo library access is only when you choose to upload an avatar or media. We never access camera or microphone in the background.

3. How We Use Data

• Authenticate users and facilitate real-time connections.
• Optimize call quality and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Detect and prevent fraud, spam, harassment, and policy violations.
• Send service-related notices and respond to support requests.
• Comply with legal obligations and safety reporting requirements.

4. Data Sharing

• Service Providers: We share data with trusted third-party partners (real-time media infrastructure, cloud hosting, analytics, crash reporting) under strict confidentiality agreements. These partners process data solely to provide their contracted services.
• No Sale of Data: Nisha Chat does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information for monetary consideration or cross-context behavioral advertising.
